DESCRIPTION:The Klaipėda Culture Communication Centre (KCCC) is taking part in the jubilee 10th Klaipėda Lights Festival, which will be held on 19–21 February, and invites you, when visiting the KCCC Exhibition Hall during the festival, to join short guided tours of Ana de Almeida and Leo Trotsenko’s exhibition “Lifting the Weight of Importance”.\nExperience contemporary art in 20 minutes! If you think it takes a long time to understand contemporary art, try doing it in 20 minutes with the help of the KCCC educator Aurelija Ženčiauskė.\nAna de Almeida and Leo Trotsenko’s exhibition is about being in time, about the ability to create and re-create memory and alternative histories. It is a story about memory and imagination — only what is heavy remains.\nFree of charge and without registration!\nTimes:\n20 02 2026, Friday, 17.30, 18.00 and 18.30\nVenue: KCCC Exhibition Hall, Didžioji Vandens g. 2, Klaipėda.\nDuration: up to 20 min.\nThe number of participants on each tour is limited; places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.\nPlease note that participants may appear in photographs and video recordings of the event published in various media.\n
