Creative workshop for families “Colourful Illustration”

On Friday 19 June at 17.00, the creative workshop for families “Colourful Illustration” will take place at the Exhibition Hall of the Klaipėda Culture Communication Centre (KCCC), Didžioji Vandens g. 2, during which we will paint colourful illustration characters using professional liquid watercolour.

We will work in the exhibition “Everything Comes from Childhood” by the beloved children’s writer and illustrator Kęstutis Kasparavičius — we will not only get to know the artist’s original book illustrations, but will also create our own illustrations together as a family in professional watercolour, taking the characters of the artist’s books as our starting point.

Families with children (aged 4–10) are welcome at the workshop. This is an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the colourful art of illustration and to create your own illustration on the final weekend of the exhibition.

The event is part of the Book Art Festival programme.

Price: EUR 5 per person; tickets are available at the box office.
