LIGHTS FESTIVAL: Guided tours of Ana de Almeida and Leo Trotsenko’s exhibition “Lifting the Weight of Importance”

The Klaipėda Culture Communication Centre (KCCC) is taking part in the jubilee 10th Klaipėda Lights Festival, which will be held on 19–21 February, and invites you, when visiting the KCCC Exhibition Hall during the festival, to join short guided tours of Ana de Almeida and Leo Trotsenko’s exhibition “Lifting the Weight of Importance”.

Experience contemporary art in 20 minutes! If you think it takes a long time to understand contemporary art, try doing it in 20 minutes with the help of the KCCC educator Aurelija Ženčiauskė.

Ana de Almeida and Leo Trotsenko’s exhibition is about being in time, about the ability to create and re-create memory and alternative histories. It is a story about memory and imagination — only what is heavy remains.

Free of charge and without registration!

The number of participants on each tour is limited; places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
