T-shirt making workshop “Together We Are Strong” with Žaneta Jasaitytė-Bessonova

On Wednesday 6 May at 17.30, the T-shirt making workshop “Together We Are Strong” with Žaneta Jasaitytė-Bessonova will take place at the Kalnupė branch of the Immanuel Kant Public Library of Klaipėda City Municipality (Kalnupės g. 13). The event is part of the Book Art Festival programme.

The workshop was inspired by the cheerful Moomin characters created by the children’s writer Tove Jansson. By helping one another, the Moomins do not let their friends be sad. Blocks made using the linocut technique will be printed onto the T-shirts you bring with you. You will also be able to try cutting into linoleum and printing by hand yourself.
