The question arises: what is contemporary art? How do we make sense of contemporary art exhibitions and where do we begin to analyse them? The aim of this session is to introduce the concepts of contemporary art, to learn to understand and explore artworks, paying attention to detail. Depending on the current exhibitions, during the session we will learn what an object, a performance or an installation is, and at the end we will try to become artists and create our own work of contemporary art!
